Deaf 10-year-old senior begging to be saved from kill shelter, cries himself every night

🚨Senior Alert🚨 WE CAN DO MORE: DEAF 10-YEAR-OLD SENIOR NEEDS OUT OF SHELTER

This is Floyd. He is a ten year old senior boy in Athens, Georgia. He is deaf, so he lives in a quiet world all of his own.

He came in sunburnt and missing some hair. He enjoys cuddling, exploring, and playing but the shelter sucks. It truly is not the place for a senior boy, especially one where the world is no longer fit for him.

He needs out - preferably to somewhere where they understand him, because he truly deserves it.

Can you help this boy make sense of the world?

  2. We’ve already called, he’s still there. We live in Cincinnati and are willing to take him, but we need help. It’s an 8 hr drive to Athens, GA, we don’t get around well, and have another dog we’ll have to bring with who gets car sick. We don’t have anyone reliable to watch him while we’re gone (2 day trip). If someone could pick him up in Athens and meet us half way, say Knoxville, we can pick him up and take him home. I’ve seen a lot of comments on Facebook, but no one wants to help. Please some one help us save this fella!
