10 months old germ shepherd curled has lost all hope but nobody seems to care

Today, his heart is has been shattered, he lays curled up on his bed, refusing to leave the corner. He will be led to that room of no return, he will wag his tail hopefully and give kisses to the people around him, the humans he loves SO much.

#A5159821 I don't have a name yet and I'm an approximately 10 months old male germ shepherd. I am not yet neutered. I have been at the Lancaster Animal Care Center since March 20, 2018. I am available on March 24, 2018. You can visit me at my temporary home L419.

He may then panic, as the needle goes in, trying to get into someone's arms, trying to be comforted as she gasps his last breath. A mere statistic, a number, thrown into a plastic bag, tossed in a dumpster, then forgotten and lost in history.
